Kent Attendance Stats Weekly Round Up - Issue 3

Highlights for the week ending 17 November 2024




On Tuesday night Faversham Town recorded their highest League Cup home attendance for 60 plus years, when their entertained the town's other senior club Faversham Strike Force, when a crowd of 420 turned up. 

Greenways recorded their highest ever League Cup home attendance with a crowd of 70 against Fisher on Tuesday night.  

Whilst Ebbsfleet United suffered a heavy defeat on Saturday, they recorded highest home attendance against Solihull Moors with a crowd of 1664The crowd was also their highest league attendance for the season. 

Ashford United recorded their highest home league attendance against East Grinstead Town with a crowd of 434.

Erith Town smashed their highest home league attendance against Hythe Town, which had stood since the 2000/01 season, with a crowd of 162 at Bayliss Avenue on Saturday.

Sevenoaks Town recorded their highest league attendance of the season so far, as well beating their highest home league attendance against Ramsgate with a crowd of 293

On Saturday Bearsted recorded their highest home league attendance Punjab United with a crowd of 101.

Fisher recorded their highest home league attendance against Kennington on their community day with a crowd of 277

Glebe recorded their highest home league attendance against Whitstable Town with a crowd of 127.

Rusthall more than doubled their previous highest home league attendance against Lydd Town with a crowd of 228

Stansfeld recorded their highest home league attendance against Sutton Athletic with a crowd of 98.  The crowd also matched their highest league attendance for the season as well. 

VCD Athletic almost doubled their previous home league attendance against Corinthian with a crowd of 243

Sheppey Sports recorded their highest home league attendance of the season so far, on Saturday against Faversham Strike Force with a crowd of 107.

Finally on Sunday, Erith & Belvedere recorded their highest home league attendance against Tunbridge Wells with a crowd of 135

Highlights for the week ending 30 November 2024 On Tuesday night Deal Town recorded their highest ever home league attendance against Ashford United with a crowd of 400 , more than doubling their previous highest crowd from the 2016/17 season.  Maidstone United recorded their lowest home league attendance of the season, against Eastbourne Borough with a crowd of 1860  on Tuesday night.  Herne Bay recorded their lowest home league attendance of the season, against Three Bridges with a crowd of  224  on Tuesday night.  At the only fixture on Wednesday night, Ebbsfleet United recorded their lowest home league attendance of the season, against Eastleigh with a crowd of 1023. Ebbsfleet United recorded their highest home league attendance against Boston United with a crowd of 1563 , which was their highest since the 1960/61 season on Saturday, albeit name as Gravesend & Northfleet. FA Cup Attendances for 1984/85 season

This time back 40 years to the 1984/85 season This was Dartford 's year in the FA Cup in reaching the Second Round Proper, drawing 1-1 at Watling Street at home match against AFC Bournemouth. With the prospect of facing Manchester United in the Third Round if they could overcome Bournemouth in the replay.  Unfortunately, the Darts lost 4-1 in the replay.
