Kent attendance stats for the 1 & 2 November 2024


Tonbridge Angels
smashed their attendance record at the Longmead Stadium yesterday with a crowd of 3132 in their First Round FA Cup match against Harborough Town.  This was the Angels highest home attendance since April 1973, when 3343 supporters turned up for their Southern League match against Maidstone United at the old Angel Ground. 

Punjab United recorded their highest attendance of the season, against SCEFL Premier Division favourites Faversham Town in their Friday night match, with a crowd of 352.

Chatham Town recorded their highest home league attendance against Lewes with a crowd of 1187. 

Deal Town recorded their highest home league attendance against Hythe Town with a crowd of 605, beating their previous highest crowd of 287 for this league fixture, from the 1998/99 season.  

Sevenoaks Town had their lowest home league attendance of the season, with a crowd of 103, against Littlehampton Town. 

Sheppey United recorded their highest attendance of the season, against Isthmian South East early leaders Beckenham Town, with a crowd of 480. Plus this was also Sheppey's highest home league attendance against Beckenham Town in a league fixture, beating the previous highest crowd of 401, from the 2019/20 season.

Sittingbourne recorded their highest home league attendance against Three Bridges with a crowd of 246

Kennington had their lowest home league attendance of the season, with a crowd of 94, against Holmesdale. 

Lydd Town had their lowest home league attendance of the season, with a crowd of 74, against Glebe. 

Stansfeld recorded their highest home league attendance against Lordswood with a crowd of 79

Sutton Athletic had their lowest home league attendance of the season, with a crowd of 67, against Snodland Town. 

Lewisham Borough had their lowest home league attendance of the season, with a crowd of 61, against Welling Town. But on the flipside it was their highest home league attendance against the visitors, beating their previous attendance of 51 from the 2018/19 season.

Kent League 1994/95 season attendances

Heading back thirty years to the Kent League Looking back to the 1994/95 season , with a full attendance grid below for all the teams competing in the Kent League Division One. Many of the clubs featured have moved up the pyramid, a number of been up pyramid and returned the equivalent level today in the SCEFL Premier Division.  One team has  never been promoted and relegated in 30 years, in Tunbridge Wells, whilst  Canterbury City are now playing one step lower in the SCEFL Division One.
